How to save your PDF files

You may want to save your documents to your computer so that you can access them without signing into the CFA Exam Insider site. To do so, either right-click on a link and select the "Save Target As..." option from the menu list, or view the document by clicking on its link and then save the document from within your PDF reader program. If you save the document without opening it, by using the "Save Target As..." option, you will still need to open and view the document while your computer is online before you can view the same document while your computer is offline from the internet.

How to print your PDF files

To print your Insider documents, you may either right click on the document's link and select the "Print Target" option from the menu list, or you open the document and then print it from within your PDF reader program. You may print a single copy of each of your CFA Exam Insider documents for personal use; when you print a PDF file, print the entire document. Subscription users do not have print capabilities.

About the Authorization Plug-In

The electronic Allen Resources CFA Exam Insider Study Guides are encrypted and require a special plug-in to determine your authorization to access and view the documents. An installer for the plug-in is available in a link above.

The Insider PDF Plug-In link points to an ARinstaller.exe Windows executable file. Run the executable program to install the authorization plug-in. You can run the program simply by clicking on the link, and then choosing to "Open" the file. "Save" the file if you want to run the installer later. The installation will be fast, and you will not receive any messages after the process is complete.
